Our Story

Three siblings, one yard, and wine that passes from hand to hand

It all started with an old love of good wine. After years of learning and experimenting, Yosi Paz and his brother Erez set up a winery in 2014 in the yard of Yosi's home in Moshav Timorim. Their sister, Amalia Ofir, a devoted wine lover, joined soon after with her whole family — and ever since, it's been a matter of three siblings and three families.

When harvest comes, everyone is here, from the oldest to the youngest: crushing, pressing, bottling — and mostly celebrating. We don't rush the wine or force anything on it; we don't interfere with fermentation, aging or refinement. We simply handle every bottle with care until it's ready.
